Semi-detached family house refurbishment at Wimbledon
Bringing together two semi-detached Victorian homes into a single residence in Wimbledon, South London, our project encompasses both an extension and loft conversion.
Due to intricate planning requirements and the presence of two separate properties, a thoughtful approach was crucial. We meticulously designed the rear extension with a contemporary flair, incorporating a sleek, slim-profile skylight, setting it apart from the original structure.
Our material choices feature refined white, beige, and grey finishes, artfully complemented by the use of terrazzo, resulting in an architecturally appealing and harmonious transformation. Throughout the process, we expertly managed, constructed, and executed the project to ensure its successful realization, satisfying all construction-related standards and regulations.
